Líneas móviles de trituración y separación

La línea de trituración y separación móvil es la solución ideal para el procesamiento inmediato de residuos plásticos en producción. Toda la tecnología está integrada en un contenedor marítimo y, por tanto, es móvil.

La línea de trituración y separación móvil incluye:

  • Trituradora
  • Equipo de desempolvado
  • Separador magnético
  • Detector de metales

El plástico triturado resultante se envasa directamente en big-bags (sacos útiles), lo que facilita su posterior manipulación.

¿Cómo reducir gastos de transporte innecesarios para bajar el precio del material triturado resultante?

Se elimina la logística exigente y costosa, como el transporte del material a triturar fuera de las instalaciones de la empresa y el transporte de regreso del material triturado.

En pocas palabras: por un lado se carga el plástico que se triturará en el contenedor y por el otro se recoge el big bag (saco útil) con el material resultante.

Seguridad en el trabajo

Por motivos de seguridad, toda la tecnología (trituradora, equipo de desempolvado, separador magnético, detector de metales) está separada por una puerta plegable, de modo que sólo se puede acceder a la abertura para introducir el material en la trituradora.
